Tis the (Christmas card) season!

I have been blessed enough to have lots of returning clients this year. I just love seeing how the kids change and often feel like I'm just hanging out with a friend and their kids--not a bad job, huh? Such is the case with this family! Their kids weren't exactly thrilled with the idea of getting their Christmas card pics done again this year but once I had some alone time with each one, I was able to work a few smiles out of them.

This is the oldest. He tried so hard not to smile for me but he didn't realize that I know all sorts of "boy stuff" to talk about.

And here is their girly girl, always dressed perfectly for pictures.

This last one is their youngest. He has some of the most amazing eyes ever! (click on it to see it a little better)

That's what this family is--both inside and out. I tend to not do as many family shoots lately but these are some special friends of mine. And because I took so extremely long to post their little "sneak peek," I'll post more than usual.

They were worried we didn't get much during our session. Hopefully they will be pleasantly surprised:
